Ok, I need to go ahead and knock the rest of these pounds off! There was this vine on instagram that just cracked me up and made me get a more serious. He’s right, “Go to the Fucking Gym” I have to stop sitting around the house getting fatter. I also updated my outing count to 4 times a month. I want this more than anything in my life and I have to stay focused. I can’t depend on support, the only person I can depend on is myself. Lets Get ‘Er Done!!

3/6/23Notes: It was hard as hell getting up this morning however Im still getting my workout in, I will not have a smoothie until that is done. I haven’t gotten the energy I need to pop up out of bed like I am accustomed to doing during my fast. Im geeked, my alarm “Spit – Go to the Fucking Gym” was hilarious but I was too dead tired to move. I look forward to BM: 1

3/7/23Notes: I still didn’t pop up like I usually do when I fast so Im waiting on that time to come. It was an easy day yesterday with no desire to sabatoge myself, still moving forward BM: 1

3/8/23Notes: I popped up today! Finally I see it takes 3 days for your system to regain its energy. Papa Swolio spit in my face and told me to go to the gym and I did at 6 AM?!? Im proud of myself now its out of the way and I can carry on with my day! BM: 1

3/10/23Notes: Woke up without zero hesitation, even with a smile at my alarm. Blow pressure is in the green and I feel great, a little nervous about the free day tomorrow but I have to learn self-control and to continue the journey even when I have a less than ideal day. BM: 1

3/11/23Notes: Today was a scary day. It was the first free day I had so I was a bit nervous but I did well. I made breakfast and for lunch got a high-protein chicken wrap from natural grocer. I did purchase caramels from Walgreens. However, I only ate two and left the rest in the car. Good job Sharron! BM: 1

3/12/23Notes: well these last few days I made sure I increased my protein consumption and I saw a 1.1 pound increase on the scale, its DEFINITELY not from water or fat so it has to be from muscle and the Viking told me to expect this so Im not taking it seriously. Continuing on as if, still on track and undeterred. BM: 1

3/14/23Notes: Wanted some food that stuck today so I had my egg/turkey wrap as breakfast. I’ll probably have a burger wrap for dinner. I changed my strength training routine to go 2 days with 6 weekbody makeover exercises and 1 day with custom exercises that target my problem area. Really excited feel good. Lets get it! BM: 1

3/15/23Notes: Wow today I had on the same leggings I did when I took my before picture and I noticed my tummy looked significantly smaller! Im so absolutely happy. I ordered some Girl Scout cookies last month and they got here today. Im so nervous its not Saturday and its only Wednesday. I know if I blow it today Im not…well I wasn’t going to have a cheat day anymore anyway. Lord give me strength to give these cookies away. Amen. Also, Sharron please DO NOT eat a meal before you work out! I got so sick yesterday after I finished working out but about a tablespoon of fennel seed made it better. Please don’t do this again.

3/16/23Notes: Cycle started today and I can’t believe I still was able to work out. I waited until my cramps subsided and later in the evening I got the workout in. I did eat some girl scout cookies but threw every box away minus the ones I ate. I definitely will not recognize cheat day on Saturday BM: 2

3/21/23Notes: I didn’t get adequate sleep last night so I am definitely taking a nap after work before I work out! Still going well and strong…oh my knees work again! I was able to bend pretty far down to the ground. I haven’t been able to do that since my 40th birthday so glad I was able to make that happen before my 45th! BM: 1

3/22/23Notes: Oh that kicked my ass this morning lol. Oh wow I decided to push through without any stops and that was intense! Felt good though ha! Still holding strong, I can definitely see a change in my side profile so Im happy about that. So anxious to get to the finish line that Im thinking about fasting to push it along! I think I’ll juice fast for a week with no solid foods until afterwards. Im hungry I want this so bad! Until then… BM: 1

3/23/23Notes: Feeling good I wish the weight loss wasn’t as slow and it probably depends on me not eating enough food but Im just not ready for that yet. 3/25/23Notes: I had such a good day today met someone that Im digging however the challenge is keeping with my current schedule while learning more about him. Taking my time, however I dont think I thought today through all I had to day was about 2oz of salmon and broccoli so I need to make me a smoothie before the starvation storage begins. Im working on a redemption pot roast however that wont be ready until perhaps midnight so I need to move. On my way to do that now! BM:1

3/27/23Notes: My date was great but I forgot to do a few key things like taking the photo. I have to really find a way to introduce being social with my health regime. I have to work on this. Oh I lost so many inches so Im happy about that, the weight is still stagnant but I remember being told that for my DNA I gain muscle mass fast so I not stressing it. BM: 2

3/31/23Notes: I measured myself and I am losing so many inches!! The scale though is like, “Honey we are not friends” lol Oooh however I am gaining inches in my hips!! So my focused training is working so Im happy about that. Its still weird working so hard and slimming down and seeing the difference in your face and body and the body’s weight says “Nope”. The Viking warned me about this so Im staying focused. Also because he was a personal trainer he knew that people who had Nigerian DNA gained muscle way faster so Im staying focused. I so want to just go back to fasting and knockout 30lbs in a month just to satiate this desire to weigh less but its not good. Not sure how my body would respond to HIIT and strength training during a fast so Im not going to risk it. Continuing on. Im so close to the next stone but I must remain vigilant. Lets get it! BM: 1

4/4/23Notes: This man…smh. Dinner was great, my fish was a little dry but I didn’t remember to take the meats temp. Anyways I nibbled food all throughout the day and I STILL was able to lose weight! I was just curious to see if I messed up yesterday and I did not. Im in the next stone!! I think this is the last week Im going to journal. I am going to forever log my food but I truly feel I have it now. Im logging my exercise, food and BP so I dont feel the need to journal here now…meh…we’ll see. BM: 1

4/5/23Notes: Sigh. He came over to give me a goodnight hug and kiss. I adore this man!
