#AvocadoToast eaters?!? Is this what you all have been enjoying all this time? I never made it because I despise the #Starbucks/Avocado toast revolution but this recipe I got, from all places, #Instacart, was bomb. I will stop prejudging. It’s really simple, they didn’t provide the recipe so I made it up. First layer garlic confit, second layer basil pesto, third layer avocado, fourth layer baked tomato rosemary/thyme and voilà!! Oh the bread I used was Sara Lee’s Artesano bread, toasted.
