I just experienced something quite phenomenal, I’d go so far to say #supernatural, and I have to share. I’m on day four of fifteen of my all #waterfast and today I woke up feeling like a million bucks. I had been sick all week…my little niece introduced my mom and me to nothing short of the damn Ebola virus when she visited. I knew the only way to heal myself was to fast.

Well today I went on a hike/ exploration around our land listening to music and #singing to the #fairies and I decided to visit a small section of land that my #elders have always told stories about being #haunted. The moment I switched to get off the path to walk to that area I felt the signature #spiderweb across the face and of course there was no web. I just looked back and smiled knowing they were close. I checked my playlist to change to the next song and noticed I had 15% battery life left and I was half a block from my house. I had been walking for what seemed like hours so I knew I had enough life to get home. I got on that path after about 15-20 seconds and my iPad just cut off. I couldn’t turn it on so I figured the battery had died, but why so fast? It made no sense. So I took the iPad dying as a….”well let me walk home” and headed towards the house. I had no fear but I love my music so I decided to just leave.

So I get home, plug the charger to my iPad…it comes on…immediately, shows the white-screen with the apple logo and I see the battery life…

I shared this post in my meditation group and a brother reminded that 33 is the number of the master teacher and this reminded me of a post I wrote 17 years ago where a store owner gave me .33 cents. Well…I know its time to embrace my destiny…Im ready.

Wherever 33 appears, is where the Universe wants you to bring evolution and healing through communication.

Elegba (also referred to Eleggua or Elegguá) is the owner of the roads and doors in this world. He is the repository of ashé. The colors red and black or white and black are his and codify his contradictory nature. In particular, Elegba stands at the crossroads of the human and the divine, as he is child-like messenger between the two worlds. In this role, it is not surprising that he has a very close relationship with the orisha of divination, Orunmila. Nothing can be done in either world without his permission. Elegba is always propitiated and always called first before any other orisha as he opens the door between the worlds and opens our roads in life.
